What or who should trade unions put on greater emphasis during the collective bargaining process by?

Wage bargaining
The wages in a company should correspond with the principle of 'Equal pay for equal work!' Is there wage tension between employees performing the same work and performance (regardless of gender)? What are the fringe benefits?

Working conditions
What measures could help in the given circumstances to improve the conditions of women with children who are in a disadvantageous situation in many respects or who bring up their children alone? What kind of working hours' arrangement would be suitable for them best? Would there be a possibility to give them extra support and extra allowances in addition to legally defined allowances?


Promotion, career
What conditions should be provided to fulfil the conditions of trainings or further trainings which help promotion - and this way offer the possibility for women to reach managerial positions?
