Who can do something for the equal opportunities and wage equality between genders?

 
if you are an employee, or you represent the employees in the trade union at company-level, works council or in the trade union at industry or national level.
  • if you are an employer, or you represent an employer either in a company, or at industry or national level.
  • if you are a public official or you work in a ministry framing laws, or you are an employer in a council, or in a work centre, or if you teach in a school and there you try to make the justification of equal possibilities of men and women spread.
  • if you work for a civil or non-profit organization or you are an employer there;
  • if you are anybody anywhere, but do not forget this aspect!
