During the BérBarométer research such already established facts are proved again that the situation of women deteriorates mainly with the number of children or there are more women among single parents than men.

• In the public sector women in administrative work should be paid more attention, and it should be aspired that more women achieve managerial positions.

• There is a male dominance in the non-profit sector. Here again it should be aspired that more women achieve managerial positions.

• Besides the above mentioned aspiration the importance of protecting the interests of the physical worker men should be taken into account as well in the business sector.
