In the publication which was carried out within the framework of the Equal project called 'Equal pay for equal work' the database of BérBarométer has been processed  in county and industry breakdown Its aim is to process the data sample set available at county and industry level. You can obtain concrete data for collective bargaining!

In the first part of the country and industry related chapters the objective characteristics of the county and industry sample are shown, namely the characteristics of participation in bigger sectors (such as industry, agriculture, service industry), and the way participants are distributed in the sample across occupational groups, and industries, and furthermore, the way of distribution is shown across age and qualification.
There is a separate part in the book where the main characteristics of the workplaces of the participants are analysed.

There is also an independent part where we study the circumstances of unemployment and the possibilities of finding jobs in different counties and industries, and it is followed by tables about the circumstances of employment and the flexibility of the labour market. Here qualification, labour market opportunities and opinions about the work are emphasised.

There is a separate chapter for the circumstances of reconciliation of work and family life. The publication ends with an analysis of the wage and income conditions which includes the examination of fringe benefits and a wide scale of reimbursements of expenses as well.
