Pay gaps broken down by county analysis
In case of net wages the pay gap between men's and women's wages reaches or exceeds 20% in Budapest (20%), Győr-Moson-Sopron (20%), Pest (24%), Vas (21%) and Zala counties (21%), as well as in Heves county (31%). In case of monthly net county average wages the pay gap is the smallest in Veszprém, Tolna and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok counties (6-6%), in Fejér county (8%), and in Tolna and Nógrád counties (9-9%). In Budapest the net pay gap is 20%. |
