The questionnaire asks for detailed information on work, labour market, working time and wages. It gathers a considerable amount of information on subjects which are in the focus of trade unions’ claims.
The questionnaire consisting the basis of BérBarométer database is divided into five main blocks:
Block A: The respondent’s occupation
Block B: The characteristics of the respondent’s work organization
Block C: Carrier
Block D: Working time
Block E: Work contract and wage circumstances
Block F: Personal questions

In the questionnaire, we find three choosing options, two of which allows an EU standard based alignment to the analysts of the database, the third one makes a trade union based comparison possible.
The three „choosing options” are the following:

• the option based on industry according to the Hungarian NACE standard
• the option based on occupations corresponding to the national standard classification of occupations
• the option based on the six confederations and their affiliates.
